Prof. Philippe Ducor has headed a roundtable about the Fight against counterfeithing and piracy on the Internet at the occasion of the Day of Intelectual Property Law organized by the University of Geneva on February 15, 2008.
For the 3rd consecutive year Isabelle Salomé Daïna, former general secretary of the Finance Department of Canton of Vaud (2001-2005) has presented the subject of "The State as Shareholder: Pecularities and Problems" in the program of the Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Business Law (MBL) 2007-2008 of the University of Geneva.
At the occasion of the 4th Marathon of Continued Education organized by the Geneva Bar Association on November 3, 2007 Louis Gaillard presented recent cases and legislation regarding Federal and Cantonal Civil Procedure and Nicolas Wisard treated the subject of Zoning and Land Use, Environmental Law and Building Codes.
Prof. Philippe Ducor was invited by the Swiss section of the Licensing Executives Society (LES-CH) as speaker at the occasion of a conference regarding the Strategies in Technology Transfer on October 25, 2007 in Lausanne.
