Intellectual property

We have a vast experience in Swiss and international intellectual property law. We advise clients who are active in various fields, including watchmaking, luxury, fashion, finance, restaurant industry, media or new technologies.

Our activities include advice on the protection of trademarks and designs, portfolio management, and enforcement of rights. We have developed an important practice of drawing-up and negotiating commercial contracts related to intellectual property (such as licensing, franchising, distribution and sponsoring agreements, to name a few).

In the field of copyright, we take action against unauthorized users of protected works, and advise our clients in relation to various contracts, concerning for example the creation of advertising supports or the development of software.

Unfair competition law also belongs to our areas of expertise, as well as advice in communication and marketing.
